Licensing Agreement

Welcome to Third Take Studio.

This Licensing Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which all products, sample packs, loops, MIDI files, presets, textures and digital content provided by Third Take Studio may be used.

By purchasing, downloading or using any product from Third Take Studio, you agree to the terms described below.


1. Grant of License

All products distributed by Third Take Studio are provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license.

Upon purchase or download, you are granted the right to use the included sounds and files in personal and commercial music productions without paying additional royalties.

This license allows the use of our products in:

  • Commercial music releases
  • Streaming platforms
  • Beat licensing
  • Podcasts
  • YouTube videos
  • Social media content
  • Film and television productions
  • Sync placements
  • Live performances
  • Client work and commissioned productions

All products are royalty-free unless explicitly stated otherwise.


2. Permitted Use

You may:

  • Use the sounds in your own original musical compositions
  • Chop, manipulate, stretch, pitch and process the sounds
  • Combine the sounds with other audio material
  • Use the sounds in commercial releases distributed worldwide
  • Monetize music containing our sounds
  • Use the products across multiple projects without limitation

You retain full ownership of the final musical compositions created using Third Take Studio products.


3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Resell or redistribute the original files in any form
  • Share downloaded products with other individuals
  • Upload the files to file-sharing websites or cloud drives for public access
  • Repackage the sounds into another sample pack, preset bank or sound library
  • Sell the sounds as isolated stems, loops or one-shots
  • Claim ownership of the original samples, recordings or compositions included in the products
  • Use the products in a way that directly competes with Third Take Studio

Any unauthorized distribution or resale of our products constitutes a violation of copyright law and may result in legal action.


4. Sample Clearance & Copyright

Unless stated otherwise, all products created by Third Take Studio are original works produced internally or properly licensed for commercial distribution.

Certain products may contain creatively processed archival material, vintage recordings or heavily manipulated source recordings intended exclusively for transformative musical use.

It is the responsibility of the end user to ensure that their final commercial release complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their country or territory.

Third Take Studio is not responsible for any legal disputes arising from the final usage, distribution or release of user-created music.


5. Free Products

Free products downloaded from Third Take Studio are subject to the same licensing rules as paid products.

Downloading a free product does not transfer ownership of the files or intellectual property.

Free products may not be redistributed, mirrored, uploaded or resold in any form.


6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Third Take Studio does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

If you experience technical issues with your purchase, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist you.


7. Intellectual Property

All products, branding, graphics, audio demonstrations, logos, visual assets and written content published by Third Take Studio remain the intellectual property of Third Take Studio unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a license does not transfer copyright ownership of the original files.


8. Limitation of Liability

Third Take Studio shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Distribution issues
  • Copyright claims arising from user misuse
  • Platform takedowns
  • Third-party disputes
  • Indirect or consequential damages

All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.


9. Changes to This Agreement

Third Take Studio reserves the right to modify or update this Licensing Agreement at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our products after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
